How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! When you have decided what you would like to purchase,
if applicable select a size from the drop down menu and click “add
to basket”. You will be directed to your shopping basket page where
you can either choose to pay now or continue shopping.
You can view what you have chosen at any time by clicking on the view cart or checkout buttons at the top of the page in the shop section of the site.
When you have made your selection click ‘checkout’ and if you already have an account with us, you will be asked to login to complete your order.
If you haven’t created an account yet it’s quick and easy and means that next time you come shopping at The Bonbi Forest Indie Emporium your checkout will be super fast! WE DON”T STORE ANY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS!! All online payments are processed through Paypal, which means that we don’t even see your bank details or any other such sensitive and confidential information.
You can also checkout without creating an account, just hit the 'checkout with Paypal' button, where you will be redirected to Paypal. From here you can quickly and safely pay for your goodies! You do not need a Paypal account to make your payment! (see 'What are my payment options?' below...)
Alternatively, you can place your order over the telephone! Call 01872 501722. Please note that orders placed over the telephone will also be processed through Paypal.
When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email outlining your order. If you don’t get this email within 3 working days of placing your order please email us!
What are my payment options?
The Bonbi Forest Indie Emporium uses Paypal to process payments. You
do not need a Paypal account to make your payment. Paypal simply
handle the payments. When you get to the payment screen click on the button
labelled “if you do not have a Paypal account click here” and
you will be given the option to pay without needing a Paypal account.
The Bonbi Forest Indie Emporium also accepts cheques. If you would prefer to pay this way please email us with the exact names of the items you would like to order and we will send you payee details. - Please note that if you pay this way, goods will not be despatched until the payment has cleared into our account.
How will my goodies be delivered and how much does it cost?
For UK orders under £35 there are 2 shipping options:
Standard First Class packet: £2 (Not traceable and requires no signature on delivery)
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery: £3.25 (Recommended! Traceable and will require a signature upon delivery)
All UK orders over £35 will be shipped by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at £3.25.
We endeavour to get orders out as soon as possible. Items that are in stock will be despatched within 2-3 working days of the order confirmation email. We will email you again to confirm to you that your goods have been despatched. If your item is not in stock we will email you to let you know the expected delivery date, and get it to you asap!
* Please note that The Bonbi Forest Indie Emporium cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once they have been handed to the Royal Mail for delivery both in the UK and when being posted to overseas locations.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL ORDERS! – WE CAN SHIP ALLLL OVER
THE WORLD!!!
International shipping is calculated at the checkout and there are 2 International shipping options for orders under £60.
Standard Airmail which is not traceable or insured: Between £3.25 and £3.50 depending where you are.
International Signed For which is traceable until the parcel leaves the UK, and insured: Between £5.50 and £5.75 depending where you are. (This Signed For service requires a signature on delivery).
All International orders over £60 will be shipped by Royal Mail International Signed For service.
The Bonbi Forest Indie Emporium is not responsible for customs duty or brokerage fees on overseas orders. These will have to be paid by the customer where applicable.

I’ve ordered clothing and it doesn’t fit! Can I exchange
it?
We at The Bonbi Forest Indie Emporium want you to be happy with your order,
but if you aren’t please let us know!
While we have very high quality control over the goods we stock, we cannot
be responsible for any faults in items that aren’t made by the Bonbi
Forest brand. If you have a problem with a purchase please do get in touch
and we will put you in touch with the designer who made it to rectify any
problems…
If for any reason you need to return an item, please email us at info@bonbiforest.com within 7days of the shipping date on your invoice to arrange an exchange or a refund (minus the shipping costs). Please do not send us the item back without at first emailing us, or your return may not get processed! For exchanges where there is no mistake on our part please respect that we have to ask for £3.25 to cover the postage of returning the exchanged item to you.
Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was
sent to you with the same labels and packaging. Please include a copy of
the original invoice too. We cannot make refunds or exchanges for goods that
have been damaged or marked by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being
tried on or that have been damaged by you after receipt. We will not be able
to refund or exchange returned items where there is evidence that these instructions
have
not been followed.
