I'm not happy with an item I bought, what will you do about it?
I've ordered clothing and it doesn't fit! Can I exchange it?

We at Bonbi Forest want you to be happy with your order, but if you aren't please let us know! If for any reason you need to return an item, please email us at info@bonbiforest.com within 7 days of receiving your items to arrange an exchange or a refund (minus the shipping costs). Please do not send us the item back without at first emailing us, or your return may not get processed!

Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you with the same labels and packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice too. We cannot make refunds or exchanges for goods that have been damaged or marked by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on or that have been damaged by you after receipt. We will not be able to refund or exchange returned items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

**Please note that we are also unable to make refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons**

The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the item back using a secure postage method such as the Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service. This way you will be able to check when your returned items have been received by us. Exchanges and refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned items.

A few words about our discount and coupon codes...

From time to time here at Bonbi Forest we offer discounts and free shipping. At these times the discount can be activated by entering the special promo code at checkout. A few of you have noticed that when checking out and paying through Paypal that it apears that the discount hasn't been deducted from your order...we are not sure why this is but rest assured that once the transaction is complete that the discount will have been deducted. If for any reason you have entered the code and after completing your purchase the discount hasn't been deducted please contact us immediately and we will refund it manually for you :)
