How will my goodies be delivered and how much does it cost?
For UK orders under £35 there are 2 shipping options:
Standard First Class packet: £2.40 (Not traceable and requires no signature on delivery)
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery: £3.65 (Recommended! Traceable and will require a signature upon delivery)
All UK orders over £35 will be shipped by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at £3.65.
We endeavour to get orders out as soon as possible. Items that are in stock will be despatched within 2-3 working days of the order confirmation email. We will email you again to confirm to you that your goods have been despatched. If your item is not in stock we will email you to let you know the expected delivery date, and get it to you asap!
If an item is returned to us by the Royal Mail as unclaimed we will contact you to arrange for the item to be redelivered. In such circumstances we are unable to offer any refund on your order, but delivery will be arranged as soon as possible. Please respect that if such a situation occurs there will be an extra charge for postage to cover the cost of resending the item for you.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL ORDERS! - WE CAN SHIP ALLLL OVER THE WORLD!!!
International shipping is calculated at the checkout and there are 2 International shipping options for orders under £60.
Standard Airmail which is not traceable or insured: Between £3.60 and £3.85 depending where you are.
International Signed For which is traceable until the parcel leaves the UK, and insured: Between £5.90 and £6.15 depending where you are. (This Signed For service requires a signature on delivery).
All International orders over £60 will be shipped by Royal Mail International Signed For service.
The Bonbi Forest Indie Emporium is not responsible for customs duty or brokerage fees on overseas orders. These will have to be paid by the customer where applicable.
