**FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £25!**

DELIVERY INFO:

All items are shipped from the UK within 1-3 working days from the receipt of your order, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Please note: STANDARD DELIVERY IS NOT TRACKABLE. If you would like trackable delivery please select UK Recorded or International Signed For.

UK Standard delivery - Royal Mail 2nd class (not trackable) – £1.95
(If you have just ordered greetings cards, standard shipping is £1.50)

UK Tracked Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (fully trackable) – £3.70

International Standard Delivery - 5-7 business days from shipping (not trackable) – £5.50 - £17 depending on your location

International Tracked Delivery - 5-7 business days from shipping (fully trackable) – £14 - £20 depending on your location

RETURNS INFO:

We at Bonbi Forest want you to be happy with your order, but if you aren’t please let us know! If for any reason you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items to arrange an exchange or a refund (minus the shipping costs).

Please do not send us the item back without at first emailing us, or your return may not get processed!

Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you with the same labels and packaging.

Please include a copy of the original invoice too.

We cannot make refunds or exchanges for goods that have been damaged by you after receipt.

We will not be able to refund or exchange returned items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

DELIVERY COSTS FOR ORIGINAL ARTWORK:

As the original artworks for sale are high in value there is an additional cost of £6.40 per item to cover Special Delivery, which is an insured traceable service.
