Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY INFO:

We ship all over the world! For UK orders please allow 2-5 working days for delivery and for international orders please allow up to 10 working days. If you need something urgently however please do get in touch and we will see if it can be rushed through for you.

Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email. Please be sure to check all the information in your email is correct and if you notice something is awry please contact us straight away.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

UK Standard delivery (not trackable) – £3

UK Recorded Delivery (fully trackable) – £4.20

International Standard Delivery (not trackable) – £4.95

International Signed For Delivery (fully trackable) – £10.95

Please note that Bonbi Forest is not responsible for customs duty or brokerage fees on international orders. These will have to be paid by the customer where
applicable.

If an item is returned to us by the Royal Mail as unclaimed we will contact you to arrange for the item to be redelivered. In such circumstances we are unable to offer any refund on your order, but delivery will be arranged as soon as possible. Please respect that if such a situation occurs there will be an extra charge for postage to cover the cost of resending the item for you.

Bonbi Forest cannot be held responsible for items lost once they have been handed to the Royal Mail for delivery both in the UK and when being posted to overseas locations.

Returns Info:

We at Bonbi Forest want you to be happy with your order, but if you aren’t please let us know! If for any reason you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items to arrange an exchange or a refund (minus the shipping costs). Please do not send us the item back without at first emailing us, or your return may not get processed!

Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you with the same labels and packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice too. We cannot make refunds or exchanges for goods that have been damaged or marked by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on or that have been damaged by you after receipt. We will not be able to refund or exchange returned items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

**Please note that we are also unable to make refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons**

The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the item back using a secure postage method such as the Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery service. This way you will be able to check when your returned items have been received by us. Exchanges and refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned items.

Delivery costs for original artwork:

As the original artworks for sale are high in value there is an additional cost of £6.40 per item to cover Special Delivery, which is an insured traceable service.
